preparation...
Take ladies finger 500gm and clean them with water... and cut them to fine pieces.. round shaped will be better..
then place kadai on the stove and addd 2-3 table spoons of oil and let it get heated and have some fumes...
now add finelycut ladies finger to it, now stir it slowly and put the medium flame so that it gets lite fry now add 4 pieces of tamarind to avoid sticky nature and to add a new flavor to the dish.. after approx 10 mins of stirring under medium flame.. add 1 tsp of salt and 1tsp of mirch powder .. and stir it for 2 mins in sim flame... then put off..
thats it guys.... bhendi fry is ready....
